| BACK TO LIST $995.00Survey Name: Law Firm Business Development Practices Survey A survey focusing on the business and client development strategies and resources of law firms. The goal of the survey is to provide law firm management, including CMOs and business development professionals, with a better understanding of how their firms and their peers/competitors are investing their business development resources and which investments are showing returns. The survey covers: - The types of resources law firms are investing in to develop business and clients;
- How business development efforts impact the structure of the law firm, both with respect to the introduction of industry groups and the structure of the business development division of the firm;
- The strategies that work best, both for attracting new clients and growing business from existing clients (methods assessed will include everything from client newsletters and cross-marketing between practice groups and industry groups, to technology such as client relationship management systems and extranets);
- The practice areas and industry segments in which firms are investing most of their business development resources
Of our 151 respondents to the survey, 81-just over half-represent top-tier firms: - 62 respondents were from the Am Law 200
- 15 more were from NLJ 250 firms not listed in the Am Law 200
